Balance & Disease Health & Wellness blog is excited to announce a new weekly spotlight series. Our Healthy Monday series will be in addition to our weekly autoimmune posts.
Why on Monday?
Mondays are the day of the week people start fresh. It’s the time when they start a new healthy behavior or start working on a new goal. It’s the day of the week to set your intentions to begin a healthier week.
Healthy Monday is a nonprofit initiative associated with Syracuse, Johns Hopkins, and Columbia Universities to promote healthy living in communities. Balance & Disease has decided to expand our message and reach a larger audience, and the Healthy Monday initiative is one we can get behind.
What will Balance & Disease blog do?
We will begin this series on Monday, February 29! We will be focusing on healthy eating, exercise, stress management, and controlling other addictive behaviors. We will also spotlight other important mental health and wellness information and initiatives.
